Mr. Smith has met the requirements of Business & Professions Code Section 11502 and qualifies as a certified common interest development manager. 4.South Coast Property Management, Inc. carries Fidelity Bond coverage in the amount of $50,000.00.

6.Required licensing: Not required or applicable; all staff are CCAM certified and/or working towards certification as the standard for South Coast and those costs incurred by staff members are funded by South Coast for their continuing education commitment.
