Your contract with South Coast Property Management, Inc. is designed as an “All Inclusive Contract”. It includes all normal management operating costs that your Homeowners Association would incur as part of its financil only management services agreement.

regularly published “e-newsletter” and personally developed association website updated regularly
coordination of all corporate filings
all phone calls, faxes and regular copies
archive record storage
24 hour a day/365 days a year on call emergency service response
all annual mailings, including postage and printing for your (1) annual meeting, (2) budget and (3) audit or annual financial statement (4) meeting notice & agenda (if not posted in the common area). Additionally, your financial only service contract allows you the association board to utilize the service capability of South Coast Property Management for other management related services on an as needed basis at either the standard hourly rates of South Coast staff or a negoiated price. You aren't left by yourselves, you have the expertise of South Coast to serve and guide you.
