Association Use: South Coast may share your information with the Association, and in instances when required by or permitted under the Association's governing documents, or required given the context, such information may be made public. For example, a maintenance request submitted through the Site will include your personally identifiable information, and may need to be shared with the Association and subcontractors in order for action to be taken. Reports of violations of Association rules and regulations may need to be disseminated in accordance with the Association's governing documents. Other communications intended for the Association will need to be shared with the Association in accordance with their content and context.
In all other circumstances, South Coast will notify you at the time of data collection or transfer if South Coast intends to share your data to a third party other than as described herein and you will always have the option of not permitting the transfer. If you do not wish to allow your data to be shared, you can choose not to use a particular service or not to participate in certain promotions or surveys.
